So How Does It Work?
Here’s some FAQ’s and deets on how to Shop w/B!
Request
Scrolled across a must have item via our Instagram page? Gave up on searching for staple wardrobe pieces with no luck? Send us an email or text with a photo of the item you’re interested in purchasing along with the desired size. All inquiries require $50 deposit via Apple Pay or Cash App.
The Service
After requests and deposits are received, a quote including shopper’s service fee, state taxes, and shipping will be provided. Once the client agrees the price works for them, the search begins. Please allow up to 48 hours for availability results. Only items listed under our shop page “B’s Closet” are on hand and immediately available for purchase.
Payment
If the item is available an invoice will be submitted. Product is not purchased without full payment. Forms of payment accepted: Apple Pay, After Pay, Zelle, or all major credits cards via invoice. After Pay is only applicable on orders placed via invoice and can not be applied to next day orders. Please have payment readily available at the time of inquiry as we can not guarantee how long the item will be available at the quoted price.
Merch Makes It Home
Once payment is received, item is ordered. Orders arrive within 3-10 business days (excludes pre order purchases). Expedited options are available for an additional fee. Please note time restrictions at the time of request. Upon arrival clients receive images and videos for approval. After satisfaction is met delivery options are arranged. All items will be accompanied by store receipts, tags, and original packaging. Merchandise is available for pick up after delivery if local to Baltimore.
What If It Doesn’t Fit?
Size exchanges are permitted only if the merchandise is still unworn with original tags and within the allotted exchange window by the merchant. Unwanted purchases outside of the exchange window can be resold via our consignment shop “B’s Closet.” Resell options are only available for merchandise purchased via Shop w/ B. Restock/ Sellers fee are applied to all consignment items.
Shoppers fee is non refundable. Purchases are non refundable via SWB.
